Right to refuse service - Our number one goal is to make you a happy customer, and you'll be amazed at the things we'll do to make that happen, maybe even think we're crazy - but we're not. We also care about our people and their safety is equally important. If for any reason are employees feel in danger they have been instructed not to enter the premises, or to leave if already there. We will notify you of the reason why and promptly arrange to reschedule the service once the issue has been addressed.
Non-solicitation - We invest a significant amount of time recruiting and training our employees, so we must insist you do not extend offers of employment, side-jobs or any other offers to any of our employees without expressed written consent. Failing to abide by this rule will result in termination of your service and forfeiture of prepaid services. Also, our employees have been politely trained to decline all such offers and report them to their manager, and failure to do so could result in termination. So please, just be honest and fair - if you would like to hire one of our employees we will gladly discuss options with you.
Arbitration policy. We're counting on our rigorous training and employee vetting program to make sure you have the best cleaning experience, but sometimes things happen. If we do something wrong, we'll own it and we'll fix it. However in the unlikely event there's a dispute we can't resolve, you agree to go to meet with an arbitrator - nothing against lawyers, in fact we love them (from a distance) they're just too expensive.
Weekly option - A La Potty is pleased to offer a weekly service option at a substantial savings.
